Using the service

Effective August 15, 2026. These terms govern use of the OneAISpace service operated by Madhu Koseke.

OneAISpace is an MVP directory for discovering AI tools and prompts. By using the site, you agree to use it lawfully and avoid submitting spam, malware, deceptive links, infringing content, personal data you lack permission to share, or content that harms others. You may not interfere with the service, evade rate limits, scrape in a way that degrades the service, or access another user’s account.

Catalog listings

Catalog listings are informational. OneAISpace does not own or endorse third-party tools linked from the directory, and third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Tool information, pricing, and availability can change; verify important details with the provider.

Submissions

User submissions may be reviewed, edited, rejected, or removed at our discretion. Admin approval means a submission passed review; it does not guarantee publication in the static catalog. Publication requires a separate seed-data release. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant OneAISpace a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, review, edit for formatting and clarity, display, and distribute that content as needed to operate and promote the service. You confirm that you have the rights needed to grant this license.

Reporting

Report suspected infringement, unsafe content, or misuse to abuse@oneaispace.com or legal@oneaispace.com. OneAISpace may suspend access or remove content to protect users, third parties, or the service.

Disclaimers

The MVP is provided “as is” and “as available,” without guarantees of uninterrupted operation, accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or availability of third-party tools. To the extent permitted by law, OneAISpace is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the operator’s primary place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory consumer protections apply.

Changes
