Who we are
Effective August 23, 2026. OneAISpace is operated by Madhu Koseke (“we”, “us”). Contact privacy@oneaispace.com or contact@oneaispace.com for privacy questions. We aim to respond within one business day for privacy requests and within two business days for general contact.
What we collect
If you create an account, we process the account identifier and email needed for authentication, profile fields you provide, saved-item and like references, comments, submissions, moderation status, approximate request/security logs, and operational timestamps. At sign-in we may infer an approximate country from the request's IP country header (we do not store the raw IP for this) so staff can understand where accounts come from. That country is not shown on public profiles. Public profile fields may be visible when your profile is public. Saved tools and prompts remain private to your account. Likes are stored as catalog slug references on your account; like counts are public, and who liked an item stays private. Comments are public unless hidden or deleted through moderation.
Submissions and review
Submissions are visible to admins for review. Approving a tool publishes it to the public catalog; approved prompts are added in a later catalog update. We email the address on your account when we receive a submission and when an approved tool goes live. When an OpenAI API key is configured for the admin dashboard, an authorized admin may send a submission to an advisory AI review step. That review does not publish a listing. This notice will be updated if submission content is sent to additional AI providers.
Processors
Processors that may handle data to operate the service include: Vercel (application hosting, request telemetry, and optional first-party Web Analytics page views with no advertising features), Supabase (authentication and database), the transactional email/SMTP provider used for magic-link delivery and submission notices (Resend or equivalent), and error monitoring (Sentry) when configured. These providers process data where they operate under their respective terms and security practices.
Retention and requests
We retain account data while the account is active and retain submissions, moderation records, admin audit events, and security logs as reasonably needed to operate and protect the service (typically up to 24 months for audit and security logs unless a longer period is required for an active dispute or legal obligation). To request access, correction, account deletion, or other data help, email privacy@oneaispace.com. We may need to verify account ownership before completing a request.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies and local storage are used for authentication sessions, theme preference, device-local prompt customization drafts, and similar core functionality. When enabled, Vercel Web Analytics receives page views and a limited set of product events with flat, non-sensitive properties. We do not send search text, prompt content, customization values, email addresses, or free-form submission text. OneAISpace suppresses optional analytics when Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control is enabled.
Updates
OneAISpace may update this notice as the MVP changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
